Items that are made to measure or specialist made are dispatched on different terms than above. See individual products for expected delivery time scale.


Should you require a refund or return, in the first instance contact us to discuss your return. Please report your wish to return within 14 days of receipt with your order. All items must be in their original, unused, and saleable condition, unless agreed faulty.

Once confirmation from us has been receive that a refund is possible the item/s should be returned to the below details within 14 days. We advise our customers to use a tracked service as we will not refund any item/s we do not receive. Please provide full order No and name within the parcel to avoid delay.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@romseysaddlery.co.uk  to discuss the situation with a member of our team.

Riding Hats

For safety reasons Riding Hats bought via mail order are non-refundable. Where possible we always recommend having your hat fitted by a trained member of staff by visiting one of our retailers.

Made to Measure or Specialist Items

Be aware that some items that are made to measure or specialist ordered are subject to different returns and refund policy from above. Any made to measure items or specialist items, these include De Niro Boots and other selected items.

If an order is for a custom-made or a unique size, it may not be refunded or returned. When we accept an order, we will always confirm this with you and request your confirmation through email.
